Disassembly and Inspection
All Cylinders that are brought to WE are stringently disassembled and inspected. Every Component undergoes close scrutiny and a full failure report is conducted. The report together with an Itemized quotation will be sent to the customer for approval.
Manufacturing
In our state-of-the-art manual and CNC manufacturing department, every component is machined in house to OEM specifications.
Welding and NDT Crack Testing
We offer various welding methods and choose the best process for each project. These welding processes are, but not limited to, rotary welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, and ARC welding. All welds are NDT crack tested before the parts commence to the next stage on Manufacturing.
Honing
Our Honing process is executed on every cylinder barrel we manufacture or repair. This process is of utmost importance to ensure correct sizing and surface quality.
Inspection, assembly and Testing
All components undergo final Quality control before the cylinder enters in to the assembly stage. Once assembled it undergoes a full pressure and functionality test up to 700 bar.
Painting & Packaging
Each cylinder is spray painted to customer requirements, heat shrunk in clear sheeting and palletized for transport.
